I think you didn’t list your video card.
And your processor is too slow to run Black Ops. It’s a dual core, a slow dual core. Black Ops recommends you have a quad core, and a good video card.
Sorry to say, but no it will not run on your PC.
You can try to upgrade the Processor, Power Supply, and Video Card. Or, get a new PC with a Quad Core and 4GB of RAM, and just upgrade the video card.
