Manufactured Homes July 25th, 2010The compartment it fits inside a door that is on the outside of the mobile home. I looked out there and I don’t see a size of the one that is there.

Most likely it is a 30 gal water heater. Check with your local building codes to see about the cost of the permit to replace it.
