Who is responsible to fix the main water valve under my mobile home in NY?
Manufactured Homes January 8th, 2010Who is responsible to fix the main water valve under my mobile home? I am in NY and the valve is basically underground. The pipes then come above ground and go to my mobile home. It is the only shut off under my home and it is leaking and actually under water. I believe it is the parks responsibility to fix it since it is underground, but would like any info anyone may have. Thanks in advance for the help.

The water co. owns the meter and back. You own anything after the meter.

If it’s the ‘park’s connection, (there when you arrived),
then it’s their baby.

here in s.w. p.a. all water shut offs in the well belong to the park . with winter coming its time to get that checked .they will freeze if the water is deep enough then somebody really has a problem been there done that.
