Where to start for a loan for land to place a mobile home on?
Manufactured Homes January 14th, 2010I own a 2006 Single Wide mobile home. I want to buy some land, about an acre, to move my home to. Are loan companies willing to take the Mobile home as collateral? I don’t know if it matters but I paid almost ,000 for it, and it is paid for. Any ideas?

No lender gives mortgages for land. You take a personal unsecured loan.
Mobile home is not acceptable since it has no resale value for the lender.
