In the phone book under ‘insurance’. Call insurance agents until you find one who can sell you the coverage you need at a price you can live with. I had no trouble getting coverage for my 1990 mobile, though the premium is way higher than it ought to be for the coverage I have, compared to what you pay for a stick built home. And I wouldn’t go to the site in the first post. That same post keeps showing up in answer to different questions so I suspect a scam.
