Most likely you won’t find a manufacturer that will do that. I’d suggest you find a contractor in your area and have one built. Make sure the contractor is licensed and insured and get references. Remember the most important thing about getting references is that you actually call them and find out what kind of work was done.

wolfatre is correct. AND, if it’s in a community, make sure you ask the manager. It may not be allowable.
