Where can you find manufactured homes?
Manufactured Homes March 5th, 2010I’ve posted a link below that shows a luxury manufactured home but I can’t seem to find any other sites besides that one. Like the ones that several celebrities have in Malibu, CA. Not quite that pricey but in that direction.

Just do a google search. They depreciate quickly so try to find one about 5-10 years old. Newer ones are can be very well built but there is still that stigma about owning a manufactured home aka trailer. You can take advantage of this buy buying a few years used, have a great home and save thousands and thousands.
