Where can I find a mobile home loan?
Manufactured Homes June 28th, 2010We are looking for a mobile home loan for a used single wide that we can move to a trailer park. We have already found the mobile home, we are just looking for a lender. We are needing one that will give us a second chance since we do have bad credit.

there is no organized secondary market for MH loans, afaik, so all lending is done by local banks and savings outfits.
btw, you need to find a space in a MH park to rent BEFORE you get the loan or buy the MH. And you may need evidence that you have the location leased.
