Whats an estimate for a 1,500 square foot modular home to be made… or on average?
Modular Home Questions August 19th, 2009Just wonderin in an average home area how much a Modular home will cost. If anyone has ever done that it would help me out alot. Im just looking into the future. None of the sites put prices up because they say its up to the builder. I wish someone would let me know the prices they ran into.

I brought in a triple-wide of 2000′ for 55K so your double wide would occupy less space and all heating etc will be reduced to accommodate 1500′ therefore 25-35k should be about right depending where you are at, what fringes are inside, how much land is and how far it is to your utilities that need to be brought in

It varies. On a basement or a slab. Furnace/AC included or you install. Plumming/drainfield. The last I checked, the average cost per square foot….in Michigan was $117.00. Extras include the above plus set up and delivery.

It is according to what area of the country in which you are located. In the south it varies between $45.00 per square foot to $75.00 per square foot. It all depends on what materials you request. An example is ceramic tile would be more expensive than linoleum. Hope this helps.

Anywhere from $50 – 100 per sq ft installed on foundation.
Depends on how many bells and whistles you want in it. ie. baths, fireplace, brick facing, garage etc. etc.

I believe they are about 75- 90 a square foot, or higher depending on what type of materials you put in it.
