What would you think of a modular home community that?
Modular Home Questions July 21st, 2010charges ground rental at a rate of something like 5. Who would buy the house if you sold it? Wouldn’t you think this is usurious?
Actually, it doesn’t include taxes or insurance and the services provided include buying the community oil (!) for heat which is charged to the resident, trash pickup, basic cable, street snow plowing It doesn’t mow lawns or anything else really.

Depends on the location and services provided. Does that include insurance, taxes & maintenance?
