Don’t try to time it. It always balances out. Prices go up but mysteriously they offer you a lower interest rate. Or the price drops but the "closing fees" mysteriously go up by $500. It’s life.
There are no good deals on modular homes. I don’t care what Smiley Bob salesman says, if it comes in pieces, it is going to be a harder resale down the road, and is not a good investment.
Anyway, I digress.
Winter is typically the best time, as the market slows down.
