Where you are located will make a big difference.

in the middle of nowhere like $100,000
in or near a big city like $1,000,000

You have to say where and how many square feet.

There’s a bigger issue with that, and that’s financing. Modular homes are pretty well avoided like the Plague by lenders. I know of only a couple that will even give you a mortgage, and even then I think the max LTV is 90%.

Depending on where it is, I’d say anywhere from $75,000 up

it’s all about location and resell value. check how the market is going

That would depend whether you lived in Hollywood California, Upper Rubber Boot Minnesota or Anchorage Alaska.
Prices vary wildly from place to place

The answers will vary from region to region. It depends on what State, what county, what school district, etc.

This depends whare are you buying it. Kentucky or California.

Depends on what part of the country you live in. Cost of living includes the purchase price of consumer goods and in some areas of the country like WV , Kentucky, etc…you could get a great deal, but in other places like Manhattan, Washington D.C, Hollywood, Palm Springs, Etc. cost of living is high so you would pay much more money for the same exact product.

You just described my home to a T. It really depends on what part of the country you live in and if you have to buy the land also. I am fortunate to Live on a Lake here in North Carolina. MY yard is small about 50 X 150. I have a Pier, boat ramp and a Gazebo. My home is about 1800 square feet. My home is valued at 200,000 today, but when I bought it 2 and half years ago, I paid 165,000. The Real estate market, fluctuates so it really depends on the economy alot.

That all depends on were you live. How much your looking to pay. Just remember that location, location, location is very important too.
