You would contact the bankruptcy judge that is handling the case to understand what will happen next.
I would also contact the office and get the owner’s information and possibly hire an attorney to protect your interest.
Keep in mind that you own your house, so the property will probably either be put into the BY and the debts do not affect you. In all probability the judge or judicial party will contact you to notify you of the proceedings.

you will have about the same rights as any tenant when a landlord loses their property. basically no rights whatsoever. In my state, under this type of situation, the tenants were forced to move, end of story.
