You just need to figure out what VGA card (graphic card) you have and download the latest drivers for it from the brand's web page. To check what VGA you have right click on My PC->Properties->Hardware->Device manager->Display adapter The brand and model should appear there. If it's something generic (not nVidia or ATI) then you have an integrated graphics card which won't allow you to play that game or is not properly configured (reinstall driver). Ok.
