Can I run borderlands on my pc?

Im thinking about buying borderlands but im unsure if i can run it
im not good with computer, so can you guys tell me if i can run it, if so will it lag? please and thank you ;D

How do i upgrade my CPU and graphics card without buying a new desktop computer?

CPU running consistently at 30%?

I’m running at 30% with lag times on 4 cores, 50% of ram used so far, everything is pretty much up to date. Using kaspersky anti virus, and the only program i am running is firefox. Everyother process is the regular microsoft stuff. Any ideas?
