Question about manufactured homes?

There is a manufactured home in my area, built in 2000, now for sale for ,000. The website says it was a "foreclosed PROPERTY" So by it saying that, does that mean that if I pay the ,000 I own the home and the land that it is on? Or I just own the home and still have to pay for the land it is on?

Also, pros and cons of manufactured homes?

Question about the feasibility of enclosing a mobile home with metal frame?

I’ve been considering cost ideas with a new home. I’ve been thinking about using a mobile home as a starting point so I can live in it as I build around it. What are the pros and cons of doing this because I want to widen it as I go, so I thought about enclosing it with a metal frame and metal on the outside. I’ve seen homes where people have converted shop buildings and it turned out quite nice looking.

What sort of home should I and my Fiance choose- an apartment, house, or mobile home?

We are on a tight budget. We would like the rent/mortgage/payment on the home to be 700 dollars or less per month. For right now, it seems that they best option, from a financial standpoint, would be to buy a mobile home. What are the pros and cons of doing this?

Is it better to own a mobile home or Apartment?

I’m ready to move out of my parents house, and I got money saved but I’m not sure if I want to buy a mobile home or rent an apartment. What are the pros and cons of both? I’m a single mom and I’m thinking the little lot with the mobile home at least my kid can play outside, on the other hand dont houses need more maintenance? Thanks.
I never really thought about Condos…. am I responsible for maintenance on a condo or no?
