What is a good website to find one? Also, the situation is that we are looking for a trailer to move in the backyard of my parents home. With a mobile home can it be moved? Or where it is for sale, is only there where you can live?

Is it better to own a mobile home or Apartment?

I’m ready to move out of my parents house, and I got money saved but I’m not sure if I want to buy a mobile home or rent an apartment. What are the pros and cons of both? I’m a single mom and I’m thinking the little lot with the mobile home at least my kid can play outside, on the other hand dont houses need more maintenance? Thanks.
I never really thought about Condos…. am I responsible for maintenance on a condo or no?

My sister died in 2002. She left her mobile home to her son who is unable to maintain it. He is now 22 years old, no parents, unemployed. His family is trying to help him with decisions. The mobile home needs new flooring, plumbing, and general repairs. Is there an organization or company he can donate to? Thank you for your sincere responses.

How do you transfer ownership of a mobile home?

My parents have given me their mobile home- we wrote up a paper stating that it is now mine and both parties signed it, but I don’t know if this will hold up if I try to sell it, etc. The trailer is an ‘89, before they came with titles.

Mobile Home???

My hubby and i are looking at a mobile home 5bed 3bath 2,000sq. ft. 1acre corner lot but ou familys ae skepticle about us buying it they think it is a bad puchase but we just love it. And we have 3 kids plus is daughter from a previous marriage. What should i do o tell them o anyhting plz help me.
ok well we want a mobile home for our family but my hubbys parents ae co-signing and think it isnt a good idea and im afaid if i dont convince them then they will back out what do i do
Its a 2001 model and it is on the land and the land is ncluded for 79,900 and im getting 15,000 fom the indians fo my down payment.
