Figured it was the same as paying rent out where we live and at least I will be able to get some of my money back when we move out. But of course like most mobile homes it came with boring walls. Is there a special brand of paint or trick I can use to cover or paint the walls.
These are interior walls I’m talking about and they are just like normal walls for the most part but are of course a lot thinner.

What are the pros and cons of both? I’m a single mom and I’m thinking the little lot with the mobile home at least my kid can play outside, on the other hand dont houses need more maintenance? Thanks.
I never really thought about Condos…. am I responsible for maintenance on a condo or no?
