They said it will cost ,600.00 title fees but the seller will split it 0.00 each. This seems alot especially if she paid cash. Does anyone know about these charges?

Additional details –
Co signer needed cuz step father passed and only income is mom’s social security and the pmts are too high. we don’t want her to lose the home
