We don’t want to buy a "mobile" home because they are more expensive in regards to property taxes and insurance.

I have been unable to find an answer anywhere on the internet. We are looking for just a basic 2-3 brdm place. Has anyone here ever purchased one of these homes and could you give me a ballpark figure on what to expect in regards to price? Any input would be appreciated.
