I just got married we are planning to buy a mobile home since it’s very hard to buy a home now in this days we live in the bay area of california what are the good and bad things about buying a mobile home we are a first time buyer? What about pets are pets allowed in a mobile home park. Any advise thanks in advance

How do I find a lot to rent for a mobile home (other than calling every mobile home park in the area.) Vacant mobile home lots seem to be impossible to find.

I want to know if anyone can tell me how I am suppose to file a mobile home I bought cash from another person in 2008. I live in a mobile home park and rent the lot. I mobile home considered personal property or a home? Help Please. Thanks!

We live in a mobile home (trailer house) that was built in 1968. The dimentions are 12X60 with two doors on one side. It already has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Is it possible to add on a room to what is now the back door and since it is indeed a mobile home in a mobile home park(on a rented lot) it cannot be permanent. Is there any way to make it removable if needed, but still viable as a bedroom. How would you go about doing this if it is possible at all? Can you kind of make a lean to maybe? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks a lot.

The property is leased from a mobile home park, but they don't own the mobile home. They also have refused to give an application to a non resident in order to reside there.
