Modular Home Prices

We have a wood frame house in Southwest Louisiana. The back door on the North side leaks when it rains. The only potential solution I have found is to put a screen door to seal the area. The portion of the house with the leaky door is an add on, and the door frame is smaller than regular- it is the size of a mobile home door. I need to locate a manufactor of mobile home supplies/stuff so we can hopefully stop the rain from comming in before it does permenant damage. Lowe's and Home Depot have said they do not special order screen doors in that size. Please help if you can.

I am going to rent this place, and the light switches and plug-ins need replaced. Can I just buy these from lowe's or will I need to go to a mobile home supply store?
