Is a mobile home on a rented lot considered real estate?

We have a USDA Rural Developement loan and are about to close, but I’ve read where a person cannot own any other real estate at closing when going USDA. Will owning this mobile home get us in trouble?
We own this home, and each year we have to buy a sticker like one for a motor vehicle. This trailer sits on dirt/clay and it’s in a all ages mobile home park.
If we were evicted due to redovelopment from our mobile home park but we own the mobile home.Is there anything?

We have a doublewide mobile home currently in a mobile home park. We are trying to sell it, and it won’t sell because it’s not on it’s own land. Plus, we are tired of paying lot rent, and want to purchase land to move it. What all do we have to do? Lay foundation? Hook up utilities? Can anyone provide some insight as to how to do this? We are just in the preliminary stages and want to see what all we have to do to see if it’s worth it to move it.

The mobile home park owner sold me the mobile home and said it has been abandoned for more that a year. The owners skipped out on the rent and never returned. He said all I would need to to is to file the abandonment of personal property paper work with the state and I can get the title in my name. How do I do this?

1. The mobile home is paid in full. I have a note signed from the previous owner saying this.
2. The lien was placed a long time ago because I was purchasing the mobile home in monthly payments from the previous owner.
3. In an apparent oversight the previous owner never removed the lien after full payment and now I can’t locate the previous owner.
4. The mobile home sits on a rented space in a mobile home park.
What can I do to get the lien off if I can’t find him?

I need to know exactly how many trailers that I can legally have in one mobile home park? It’s not exactly considered a mobile home park, it’s one big piece of land.

We live in a mobile home (trailer house) that was built in 1968. The dimentions are 12X60 with two doors on one side. It already has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Is it possible to add on a room to what is now the back door and since it is indeed a mobile home in a mobile home park(on a rented lot) it cannot be permanent. Is there any way to make it removable if needed, but still viable as a bedroom. How would you go about doing this if it is possible at all? Can you kind of make a lean to maybe? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks a lot.

The property is leased from a mobile home park, but they don't own the mobile home. They also have refused to give an application to a non resident in order to reside there.
