His family is trying to help him with decisions. The mobile home needs new flooring, plumbing, and general repairs. Is there an organization or company he can donate to?

We have recently purchached a modular home; approximately 2 weeks after moving in we noticed that the floor is sloaping and then the flooring started to rise on one side. It has come to light that the 2 halves of the home were not leveled during construction. The home is under warrenty; however, it is proving to be difficult to get any straight answers from them as to how this can be corrected. Has anyone encountered this problem and knows how to fix it?

I was curious as to what basic packages usually include when it comes to appliances, flooring, etc. Is all of this extra? Do any come with all kitchen appliances, but then you can upgrade to better quality appliances??? Also…is it extra to customize carpet color add washer dryer? We are trying to keep it basic, but is it better to get all options included or to buy appliances? Just want an idea of how much more it cost to have all included added onto the base price?
