Im not about to pay someone 100 or more to have it appraised but..if I have to, guess I will. Point being, im trying to purchase a mobile home, its owned outright by my mom, her and her fiance are moving into a house. Its a 1998 Fairmont, 14×80 ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, EXCELLENT condition…They are wanting to sell for 13,000 but I want a loan for at least 18,000 so I can do some things to the house, and payoff a signature loan that has an awful interest rate…is this an unreasonable amount? Does anyone know off the top of their head if this type of home has 18, 000 worth of value in it, without looking…Just curious
