We have found manufactured homes for about ,000 but obviously you have to buy land and then the sewer, well, and whatnot. If the house is ,000 and we find land for ,000…how much more will it cost to connect water, sewer, and electricity to the house? Any estimates or have you done this?

Even if we don’t run the A/C it runs about 0/month. The kilowatt hours for last month were 1306 and the total was 3.24. Does this seem high? Also on our bill it seems like we are billed for Edison and also from the park even though we get one bill from the park.

My husband and I were just discussing this and realized that it doesn’t make much sense. The wood in a house gets old, the electricity gets old, and after a while a house that catches fire will burn in a heartbeat just like a mobile home..
So.. I don’t get it. Why does a house go UP and a mobile home go DOWN?
