Can I buy a new manufactured home and put it on a lot? How much for a 3br that is 0-5 years old?

I’m looking to purchase 1.5 wooded acres with other homes near by.

How much do "double wides" or manufactured home cost for 3 bedrooms, nothing fancy.

How much to set up septic tank, well water, electricity from the road, and propane gas (and everything else needed)?

Who are some modular home builders in ohio, and how much to build a 2000 sf house?

Thinking about getting a mod built in Ohio. Would be 5 small bedrooms, around 2000 sf. What would be the approximate costs (exluding lot price?) Also, can you include links for modular manufactures in or close to ohio, and whether or not you have experience with mod homes? Thanks.

Can anyone recommend brands of modular homes?

We are considering buying a modular home (not a trailer/manufactured home) and putting it on a foundation. We want something that doesn’t have that rectangle, shoe box look to it, around 1,800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms 2 baths. We want wood laminate floor throughout and to be able to upgrade things like light fixtures, hardware and cabinets. Possibly do a log exterior, metal roof and big porch. Can anyone provide links to pre-fab dealers in Oregon/Washington/Idaho? They’d need to be able to deliver to the Portland OR area. I’ve been pretty discouraged because a lot of the dealers don’t list prices, show actual photos of models or they expect you to come tour their lot which typically is nowhere near where I live.

What is a mobile home built in 1984 worth?

I want to buy a mobile home that was built in 1984. It is in decent condition. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. One room has some damage to the wall and ceiling but nothing too major. This is located in pennsylvania. I see people selling their mobile homes everyday for small cost. The owner of this home wants 00. I want to pay 00. Is this fair?
