Someone who has bought a manufactured or modular home in or near Delaware?
Modular Home Questions August 19th, 2009Has anybody bought a manufactured or modular home around Delaware? Does anybody know a manufacturer who is under 0 per square foot? What were your experiences?
Wait, I’m confused, that doesn’t make sense to me. Like, there’s no way I could go "Hmm, I think I’ll pay per sq ft." And end up buying a massive house for ,000.

The manufacturer doesn’t set the rate per sq ft. you do.
whatever your budget can afford.
