Recommendations for good modular home builders?
Modular Home Questions November 9th, 2009We’d like to put a little recreational home on some Mountain acreage and are tossing around either a log cabin kit or possible a modular.. Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with any of the builders? Thank you!

Modulars are all built the same way. All come with warranties. More important than the manufacturer is the sales company you purchase it from. They are responsible for everything after the house comes.
I have seen the commercial, and they are one of the oldest. They have been around for years, while others have gone away.
Start doing some research. This is a decision for you to make.
