Problem with NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT pci-express graphic card?

My system always stop responding when i install GeForce 7300 GT in my GA-VM900M motherboard.
Here i’ii show my system details:

I’m pretty sure you need to upgrade your memory to at least 2 or 3G and it might be your power supply.

Oh and I used the power calculator and I’m not sure I have some of the correct info but I did it anyways and it says you need at least 300W.
