It's fun to see the homes. Prices vary. They depend on options, quality, size, etc. The new manufactured homes are made the same way as modulars are now. Zoning, in some areas, has changed to acomodate these new improvements. I have a very good friend who paid 57K for a manufactured home, and put it on her own land. She has about 125K invested, and it appraised for $225K. This varies from area to area. Modulars are exactly, or better made than stick built. Once again, this varies.
