In Michigan there’s a few companies that are for ready
build homes that you work out the amount of completion
with. one of them http://www.arrowhomes.com is pretty
good. You may just get on the net and find exactly the
one you need in your area.

I work with builders that know system built homes and can take it as far as you want.

I will leave the more direct answer to others, but here’s something to consider before you make your decision. What is your long term plan? Do you plan to sell this house in the near future? I ask this because conventional financing is not always available on manufactured homes. Property that cannot qualify for east to obtain loans can be very difficult to sell. Talk to a few banks and mortgage lenders in your area when you know more about exactly what you are going to build, but before you commit to the process.

If you plan on a Mortgage for the property then you should find out if the Lender will accept your only getting it half done. The things you mention are the guts of the house and things a loan would be based on.
Then there is the certificate of occupancy that is necessary before you move in.
