I would not waste money on putting up a double wide on a foundation. Mobile homes depreciate so much even if they are on a foundation. I would make sure that your home has a wood frame versus a steel frame. Our home is very small and we purchased it for $90,000. I think it all depends on what all you get as far as how much they are.
