Manufactured homes, how much do they cost including delivery and everything for a large double wide?
Manufactured Homes August 14th, 2009Just want a bar park range. I saw on factory expo a model called atlantis that is 3 bed and 2 bath. Something like that. If you bought a manufactured home before please help me out

In AR where I live it does depend a lot, you can get a basic 3 bd doublewide for as little as 45,000 new. Around here though, a lot of people are selling bigger ones with land for 100,00 ballpark, some cheaper. If you want a movable home, built to look like a "real" house inside with tons of amenity’s you are looking at 70,000+. Where I live though, you could get an acre or more of land plus a nice doublewide for under 100,000 hope this helps.

Can’t answer. Fireplaces, jacuzzi’s, wood floors, etc, will affect price. You need to go to a dealer to get ball park prices. I’d say minimum 70K, but only a guess. Try mhvillage.com for used prices.
