if you have a home and would like to get a modular home.Do you pay two existing mortgages,how does it work?
Modular Home Questions January 30th, 2010I have bought a home 3 years ago,I was wondering if we could get a modular home in the near future.But how much would it be the mortgage.Does it double the payments or is a contruction loan then converts into a regular loan?I am not sure of how it works

2 homes = 2 loans.
Sell the home you live in and build the modular. The builder will probably be able to set you up with financing.
