No, unfortunately, you will have to move.

They have to give you ample notice, in many areas it is a year, that you need to move your MH. At what point is "at this point?" It is my understanding that no compensation is required.

Sorry, nothing you can do. It’s a "mobile" home, right? You can have it moved somewhere else.

Welcome to the world of renting. You OWN the home, biut you rent the land on which it is located. The same rules apply to such land rentals as apply to other residential rentals. If you have no long term lease agreement, you can be asked to move the home from the lot with a simple thirty day notice. There are no laws requiring that you be provided any compensation for being required to move. Your options are only to move as requested, OR to reach some future agreement with the landlord to continue staying where you are.
