I have a 3/2 modular home I will be renting, it has a small kitchen and I have room to build 1 more room?
Modular Home Questions August 26th, 2010Would I be better off as far as renting it out if I were to make the tiny kitchen larger or make it a 4th Bedroom?

I own a 3/2 bath Modular and I can tell you from first hand experience that Most People want a Large Kitchen. It is probably the one room that a Woman "whom cooks" spends the most time in. If you add another Bedroom on you will be encouraging Large familys to rent from you and as you well know, the more living in a home the more wear and tear on a home. According to HGTV upgrading Kitchens and Bathrooms are your top Prioritys from a Sales Stand Point. Best of Luck

More renters are concerned with bedrooms than the size of the kitchen.
