Modular Home Prices

How can I prove that I owned a mobile home in the past? I got rid of all the tax receipts, homeowner insurance, etc. Can the county court house give me receipts of past taxes? Can the insurance company give me past records? I sold the home three years ago and never thought that I would ever need to keep the paperwork. I need proof for the first time homeowner tax credit.
