How to close a mobile home for the SUMMER?
Manufactured Homes June 24th, 2009I can find information regarding winterizing a mobile home, but ours is in Arizona and will be closed during the heat of the summer.
Anybody have any ideas or tips for us?

I would still do the same stuff you'd do to Winterize, short of adding antifreeze to the water lines and traps. Keeping water in the lines through all the heat will lead to unwanted stuff growing in places you don't want.
I'd also bug-bomb before closing it up — one of those aerosol things you set off, then leave the place closed up for two hours. Then ventilate, and finally close for the season.
Also, try to REALLY clean it, and do not leave any food sources around that aren't in sealed glass or metal. Food sources include any spices, powders such as flour, even candles. I've seen mice live on citronella candles, if you can believe it.
