Trailer House, Mobile Home, Manufactured Home, and Modular Home are all the same thing. They are built on a frame and towed to the property. The only difference is the name changes every few years because people find out they are substandard housing built to last only a short number of years. Every time the public catches on to the same product / new name scam, they change the name again and call them something else.

Remove the wheels and place it on blocks (some sort of foundation).

1. Build a real foundation under it, then use it as the basis to expand. Best to have a professional do it or it will look cheap.
