How much would this modular home cost?
Modular Home Questions June 4th, 2010We have found a floor plan we like, and we are wondering if anyone has any idea how much it might cost? It is 1,546 sq. ft. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and it is a one story home.

All of that really depends on where you live. If you were building this house right next door to my house, it would cost you 250,000 or more.

If it is new where i live it would be around 150,000.00 with the land extra.

Why don’t you ask at the place you got the floor plan from?
If you took it off the web, go back and see if there is a retailer near you, or print it and go to any mod dealer in your area. They will probably have comparable floor plans.
Building the house is only part of it. You need to estimate the costs of fireplaces, Jacuzzis, upgrades, etc.
I work at a dealership right now, and have for 12 years.
