How much is it to build a modular house (excluding land and the price of the modular home)?
Modular Home Questions September 27th, 2009I want to build a modular home. Not including the price of the home or the land…how much extra cost am I looking at roughly?
Assume city utilities so no well or septic needed. But I know utilities hook-up, builders, and foundation is also included.
Its a cleared lot and I live in PA…very reasonable cost of living for north east USA.

those costs will vary by location and size and type of foundation – full basement, crawlspace, etc – you will have to get plans for the foundation and then call the various utilities for hookup fees and companies and get quotes
probably $15-20k minimum for everything
