If its in an older metal sided home, get a 1/4" nut driver…remove the screws then the window
any mobile home supply store can sell you a replacement window make sure you get some "putty tape" to go with it (it seals out the weather)…reinstall window.
If you have some basic mechanical ability…the whole project should take less than an hour, and is very simple.

If you have insurance, let them deal with it. One of ours broke and insurance will take care of it. Whew!!

I like challenges too & though I have never replaced a window in a mobile home, I can only use the knowledge I have by watching it being down in the past. You'll need these tools:
Hammer
Prybar (small)
Insulation
Window Caulking w/gun
Nails for the molding
Wooden window shims
(1) Remove the molding from all around the window by using a small prybar to loosen the molding but not destroy it
(2) Remove all insulation from around the window but since it's fiberglass, wear gloves. Dispose of the insulation properly.
(3) Once there's nothing around the window, loosen the window all around with a prybar until the window is ready to remove. You will need an extra pair of hands to help you if you can't get it out yourself.
(4) Put the new window in by following instructions!!!!!
(5) You will need to caulk all around the window & pack new insulation around the window too.
(6) Put the molding back around the window, but you will need to remove the old nails & use new nails.
I'm no pro so check with others before you start the project. Someone at Lowes or that other store (HD) can guide you through the steps if you ask them to.

It depends on wether this is an interior window or exterior. Interior remove molding around window and unscrew all the screws around it, save the screws, and install new window with same screws. The putty tape is a good idea. If the screws have a figure 8 in them a flat bit screw driver will do. If this is an exterior window loosen, try not to remove the siding if possible and do the same as for an interior window. You can find the window at a mobile home parts store. If there isn't one around, look for a a data plate in the home. It looks like a map of the united states and gives the wind zones. Usually they are in a closet. This will give you your model number, serial number and manufacture of the home. You can try and contact who made the home to get a replacement window or they may be able to tell you where to buy one.

My daughter broke our window recently so I've been trying to find out this same answer tonight. I found lots of sites where you can buy the windows online by searching for mobile home windows. They aren't very expensive either. This link looks like a good place to start. Good luck.
