		<description>Well if you&#039;re planning on moving the home onto undeveloped land, I would contact one of the large manufactures, since they offer packages that include brickwork, driveway, etc.  Last time I checked a really nice one went for 70K.

If you&#039;re planning to move into a park, contact a real estate agent and ask all the questions you can.  Usually 10-15% is fine, and depending on the area, it&#039;s a pretty good deal.  Normally the rent and mortgage equals less than you would pay for a 3/2 apartment.  Plus the manufactured newer homes are beautiful.
