I live in a mobile home and everytime I open the cabinets I get this horriable smell of dampness.

wipe down with bleach and water solution, allow to dry thoroughly (maybe even with a fan); caulk all the seams in the cabinets with silicone and then place a box of arm and hamer baking soda inside
wash them with a bleach cleaner, and then put dryer sheets in them.
You’re prolly going to have to either get new cabinets or take down the ones you have and let them air dry.
I would open the doors and let them air out for a few days. You may also try a stick-um in every cabinet.
