How do I title a mobile home that has been abandoned in the state of MO?
Manufactured Homes December 9th, 2009The mobile home park owner sold me the mobile home and said it has been abandoned for more that a year. The owners skipped out on the rent and never returned. He said all I would need to to is to file the abandonment of personal property paper work with the state and I can get the title in my name. How do I do this?

At the DMV. There are forms, you will need the VIN.
