The owner of the mobile home was renting space on my property, but failed to pay rent for over 4 months. I went to the courthouse and had him evicted, but he left his mobile home on my property. I got a writ of possession, but now I’d like to put a lien on the mobile home. I plan to fix it up and rent it out, and don’t want him to come back later and cause trouble.
