Depends are you trying to qualify for a loan? Cold hard cash or a high limit credit card could buy you anything. But pretty much anything that requires a credit check you need to have decent credit. We are in the same boat….you should have good rental history, good payment history on your credit cards and vehicles, low debt to income ratio, having a good steady job for at least 3-6 months with pay stubs, no lates, no judgements…etc, etc. But if those things were taken care of your credit would be better. The best thing to do is call whoever you would be financing thru and see what they can do.
