I actually looked them up and it appears there are numerous outstanding complaints against them, as well as complaints regarding modular homes in general. Contact your States Consumer Affairs department and Better Business Bureau before jumping into anything. I also do not like anyone who is raising prices. Means in the end he/she is going to leave something out and before you know it you and your fiance are not only in debt, but without a home. He sounds like a snake.

dont do it i am in the business of loans and it is very hard to lend money or refinance a modular home
