go modular home costs?
Modular Home Questions September 6th, 2009I would like to purchase a modular home from go modular the one i would like is the heritage II colonial for the price is says:
116,900 standard specs-112,900 value specs
what does the "specs" part mean?
does that price cover the appliances and what not?
and about how much would a foundation cost?

The value is based on the options and upgrades.
Some homes are sold with appliances, others aren’t.
The foundation is based on the type you choose, the amount of excavation needed, and the going rates in your area.
All of these questions are best answered by the salesperson.

I am not positive, but it sounds like the $116K is for the regular home and the $112 is for the cheaper things. When I looked, appliances and everything was included. You could move in the day it was dropped off.
Not positive on the cost of a foundation. It would depend on if it was a floating slab (which is cheapest) or a full basement.
